We in Hawaii started to notice a slowdown when lockdowns and airlines literally stopped many flights to Hawaii over the past 12 months although we have seen an enormous buying frenzy happening on properties under $2 Million. It has raised the average selling price up to $900,000 over the past 6 months from $800,000, multiple offers like never before, thanks to low interest rates. But as rates are ticking higher it will effect the number of sales downward.
