Public speaking can make anyone nervous. Though I love communicating with new people and am usually not too nervous to speak in front of a big crowd. Though I love communicating with new people and am usually not too nervous to speak in front of a big crowd. I tend to speak extremely fast without even realizing it. One time I had a senior women stop me and tell me she couldn't understand me. "Ouch" The best thing to remember is to speak slowly so that everyone can understand your speech. Practice, Practice, Practice. It never hurts to rehearse your content in the mirror or to your toddler or even your dog. Going over your content can help prevent you having to constantly look at your paper. 
How do you handle design clients or websites who haven't paid you according to your terms?

Hi Tara,  Seems you have received some great feedback. We usually do 75% deposits and 25% when the website is complete but have also done payment plans with 50% deposit, 25% when the layout is approved and 25% upon completion. We work with numerous business to help keep their website updated. I also receive numerous calls of business who thought building a website on their own would be easy, then they find out how much time it actually takes to build and maintain it themselves.
