Many ways to appreciate customers; Invite all to a barbecue and have them network to each other, bring fliers and so forth to hand put. You could give promotional specials certain times of the year showing appreciation, usable desk items that have you name on them, desk calendars, coffee cups with name on them, and so forth. Always a personal phone call for appreciation and see what else they need.
