As many have commented already, Customer Service is so important. But, you can not and should not undervalue your service with a lower price. When you offer customers great service, they will come back again and again if the price is fair. As someone else mentioned, your price could be higher than your competitor, but your service will make up for that and you will have loyal, longtime customers.
