Let's be honest- we all like being appreciated and praised for our work and there's nothing wrong with that but I also think customer reviews also give us the chance to fix our mistakes that we ourselves would have never seen if it wasn't brought to our attention or it might give us the opportunity to try a different approach to a method that wasn't bringing in positive results. For me, costumer satisfaction is very important. Yes, you will get trolls in the form of customers but that's a very small number otherwise genuine customers will help you improve your business and you.

1) is your company named trademarked or is it something that is good to do? 2) Should I be licensed or have some kind event planning certificate? I was thinking of taking classes at QVC Event Planning School so I can learn the ins and outs of planning events professionally and lastly once I get my business up and running, should I be insured? and if so, what kind of insurances should I apply for?

When I used to network, I would just walk around the room and observe and listen to what people were talking about and once I found a group that i could contribute to i would interject myself into the conversation and then introduce myself. It takes me a while to get out there but by the end of the night i have at least 3 or 4 people's contact info.
