On a scale 1 to 5, how important is it for you to get ratings/reviews from your customers?

5. Let's be honest- we all like being appreciated and praised for our work and there's nothing wrong with that but I also think customer reviews also give us the chance to fix our mistakes that we ourselves would have never seen if it wasn't brought to our attention or it might give us the opportunity to try a different approach to a method that wasn't bringing in positive results.  For me,  costumer satisfaction is very important.  Yes, you will get trolls in the form of customers but that's a very small number otherwise genuine customers will help you improve your business and you.
