We started with a small thin layer chromatography cannabis testing kit we found overseas, we redesigned the functionality of the kit and created easy to use kits with English manuals. Thin Layer Chromatography testing has been around for years it is taught in many college chemistry courses and has been used by governments and countries to test drugs and other organic substances long before cannabis was even thought about.
In the USA many states have been using thin layer chromatography to test all types of drugs for years.

Due to the classification of marijuana substances by the Federal government as a Class I substance, any type of marijuana substances is illegal. Therefore, there are no Federally regulated standardized lab-testing procedures in place. This means that no labs can be certified by the Federal government. Any lab that wants to be certified for testing marijuana substances would have to be DEA-approved and, at this point, that is happening at a very slow pace. So when a local GC or HPLC lab says they are certified, they may be certified as a laboratory by their state but they cannot be certified as a marijuana-testing laboratory in almost every state.

We offer discounts all the time to keep clients coming back to look at  our website, and we have a  face book store which gives us  exposure but not a lot  of sales. We are VERY customer service based and that  gets  us  return  business.

(more) I found that an invisible stat counter on your index page or store  front page will give you much  more information then google analytics ( it is good to use it as a reference) but for real  time information about who came to your site,  how long they stayed,  were they came  from, which pages they  looked at and   even sometimes the key words they  used + your google ranking is the  best way to go, here is one that is  free and  easy to use just copy and paste the code onto your index page any were in the body of  the page for the type of stat counter you want they have a variety to pick from but invisible is the best www.statcounter.com

I have had a few business in my life one was the  owner of a real estate inspection and  consulting business in Hawaii.  When I  got to Hawaii I had  no idea I would  be doing this after finding retirement boring I started this consulting company, I knew no one but saw that there was a  need for a construction consulting person because being a ex builder it seemed like a good thing to try. I made a 3 sided brochure telling of my construction background and what I could provide clients in color, with  a  nice picture of a Hawaii scene. I became an associate member of the Hawaii real estate board and started  to go to every quarterly and  weekly real estate  meeting I could find.  I would go early  and put a brochure on every seat and a  stack on the entrance table, each broker would have to pick up my  brochure to sit down, near the  end of  each meeting they  would ask for new listings or comments and I would stand up and give a quick summary  of my  services and tell them the  brochure had all the information they would need. After some of the meetings agents would come to me  with  questions but  the real business came from me putting the  brochure on each  seat. After a few months I was busy every  day and kept the business for  10 years before having  to coming back to what  Hawaiian's call  the  main land. It really worked for me

Depending on the size of your  company dictates the needs  to be filled. We sell world wide but have kept small to avoid large changes, only selling on line for many years. The biggest problem with  small business is when you grow at a fast pace and are not ready for the expansion, you will ... (more) Depending on the size of your  company dictates the needs  to be filled. We sell world wide but have kept small to avoid large changes, only selling on line for many years. The biggest problem with  small business is when you grow at a fast pace and are not ready for the expansion, you will  probably have to  borrow money and then  if you can not keep up with  your demand then you will go of business, it is a common occurrence. Our  company is at a point were the  demand for retail is pushing us in an  expansion mode next year. Our biggest problem is finding the  right people to work with to make the retail division work. Having the right help, trying  to use existing other business to promote your products, never be  afraid to compensate generously those that work for  you or with  you, remember every one wants to feel that  they are doing the  best job they  can  and  if it helps your business let them know, again getting the right people or  company that you can  trust  and  work with is better then a well planed  resume or a company  with large earnings, last they  must really like what they are doing with  you or for you.

I have owned a  of business that  I started myself, They were all a lot of fun and a lot of work. Offer as little down as you can  and get a warranty deed so you can  use the amount  of sale as your own equity and get a loan on the  property  fix it  up and generate income or after 3 years go to the original seller and offer  them cash for a 20% reduction of the  original purchase( that should be the value in  the mortgage paper industry)price by then it  should be loanable
