I am planning to use Groupon for the first time to get more first time customers into my business. Can anyone share their experience if they have done the same?

Don't do it, I used Groupon for my Computer Repair Shop and they kept of 2/3 of the money and I was lucky to get any money from them once every 3 months. I will never use there service again.
