We go through a buyer that works directly for Whole Foods. I also have a friend that used to sell his coffee through Whole Foods. He might be a better option to provide you the steps that you need. For food service, if it's something that the chef uses, the chef is the best person to promote what ever you're selling. If they like it, then they'll recommend it to their chef friends. A lot of my customers are chefs and they are always short on time. So...I lay out the attributes of our product and inquire as to what they are looking for. Because we're so hand's on from farm to table, we can usually come up with a solution for a new menu item. (more) A lot of my customers are chefs and they are always short on time.
