Research shows people seek health and fitness services in close proximity to where they live or work. It costs less than $25 to run off and distribute a flyer in the neighborhood within a mile of your service.

I think for your business this works, there is a lot of emphasis on health, wellness and fitness and your flyers are more like a brochure and I can see how this would help a lot. I am trying to get people to part with their precious metals.
