Hmm. I assumed it was AI, i.e. the transparency on the trees and the randomness of the leaves on the ground. My response was more general. The elements of the building in the image can be put together from many other buildings. They are pretty standard. The green part on the left looks like construction hoarding. This is an example of what AI would easily be able to replicate in terms of its content. Maybe it cannot do it yet, but this is the kind of project that will be done first. Of course developing a plan is maybe not going to happen early, I am referring to the rendering based on inputs. It overlaps with parametric programming, becoming a kind of 'smarter' version. I had better bow out here because I am not an expert in the software. My interest lies in the question of what AI could do creatively. Building production, yes. Architecture, in a very circumscribed way as a tool only.
