Fish some time dont make it in transport, its a chance you take. But KGA are awesome people to work with, i every rarely have any issues with the fish i get they are healthy and very reasonable priced. Great place to buy wholesale fish, i been buying from KGA for 20 plus years, even when i had my old pet store in eastern Oregon."

i give quotes all the time to customers, they get on the internet and buys it cheaper, thats all good and fine but they are giving up the warranty. Then when that product goes belly up then they call me thinking i will cover their warranty. Sorry its not happening, i do have low prices, if they...

i give quotes all the time to customers, they get on the internet and buys it cheaper, thats all good and fine but they are giving up the warranty. Then when that product goes belly up then they call me thinking i will cover their warranty. Sorry its not happening, i do have low prices, if they think they can get it for lower they should call me back i might be able to meet or beat the deal and still keep their warranty, if i cant i will say so. Most of the time the cheaper the deal is not always the better deal. There are customers out there that you give them an inch they take a mile or two, they try to work it they get something for free and i have to take the lose....at that point I walk away, they can find someone else that will take their abuse. I hope this helps you out, i do bend over backwards for all my customers.
Angies list only takes on pond companies that do installs only. I have talked to a couple of different rep's, they both say they don't hire or recomend pond maintence or repair companies. I asked what if they have a leak or their pump or filter needs to be fixed, then what. They could not...

Angies list only takes on pond companies that do installs only. I have talked to a couple of different rep's, they both say they don't hire or recomend pond maintence or repair companies. I asked what if they have a leak or their pump or filter needs to be fixed, then what. They could not answer my question they sounded like a broken record, we only hire or recommend installs. Plus i have talked to other companies that do and had used Angies list and were'nt happen with what they were being charged for their services. Home Advisery only have contractors that do install only, same as Angies list. Stick with "googling it" to find someone that can do the job or look up on B.B.B. for contractors. I even call Angies list just to see what they would say, i told the gal i need my pond worked on, she said we will have someone contact you today. About an hour went by a landscaper call and said you needed some yard work done. I said NO, i asked how you got my mumber they said Angies list. This company kept calling me and calling me, for lawn care, had nothing to do with what i called Angies List for, plus their english was'nt very good. After that i would never be a contractor for Angies List or seek anyone to do any work through them. Discrimation on what a contractor does, things to break, things do leak, stay with google you will have better luck you will get to correct persn for the correct job. Sorry Joanna if you have something to do with Angie's list, you asked.

I ask again what is a homeowner to do, they reply with look somewhere else. Then what is the point to have a service like Angie's List or home advisory that can't help someone with a pond or water feature. The phone book and google, craigslist, signs on my cars & trucks works the best for me. Stay away from YELP they promise one thing and charge you another, then to stop your service with them they will charge you an extra $1,200.00 dollars to break there contract. I will stick with my website, signs on my cars & truck, craigslist, sign in my yard, & google.
