About Us

Professional photographer focused on commercial photography. Also marketing for small businesses with focus on reputation management and improving search position on what is now called Google business profile.

How We Got Started

I owned a jewelry design and manufacturing business for over 20 years. I learned photography so I could capture high-quality images of my designs which were used for print. This was also my introduction to marketing. Today I use the skills learned which include online marketing and SEO, photography and branding.

A lot of money but very little when you consider the cost of marketing to a national audience. I would narrow it down to a specific area and niche in that area. As for quick results that is a problem. Quick results usually require a solid foundation first.  (more) A lot of money but very little when you consider the cost of marketing to a national audience. Every detail so a person could arrive at airport and actually know the best way to get to the hotel. Which place is best to see in the morning vs evening. Things a first time traveler would want to know. Use video to show how easy the trip would be because of the pre planning. People would book to avoid making wrong decisions during a trip. Video is the key. SEO it and show and tell like in kindergarten. Do a dozen times for 3 day trips and become the authority for that niche. Then do a dozen for 5 day etc.

I think the old one is better than both the new. Maybe modify the font to give a different feel. You could extend the lower area and add the horse if that is part of the school branding. The blue  square has no impact and the third is too busy to read.  (more) I think the old one is better than both the new. Maybe modify the font to give a different feel. Build a webpage as a place to hold your information. I assume you know nothing about SEO so a simple single page is all you need. Begin a video series, self recorded with phone about the driving process, then about insurance discounts, reaction time, impaired driving...you get the point. Post on YouTube WITH your city in the title. "Rapid Falls Driving School: Reaction time" as a sample title. Place on FB,  Instagram and ALL the places YouTube suggest as a share. Repeat 1-2 time a week and in 6-12 weeks your phone will be getting calls. ALWAYS add a phone, web address and call to action at end of video. Teach with it, don't try to sell. Make them informative, could be funny but somewhat serious. Fit to your personality is most important.

For a paid service the Adobe suite is great assuming you take the time to learn how to use what it offers.  I got tired of paying $600.00 a year for Adobe and have been very happy with DaVinci. It has built in audio controls which few, other than Adobe have.  That is a must for me to clean audio within my video editor. Of Course you could clean audio with Audacity but that adds an extra step outside of the editor.

Second you need to have something to upsell, but remember you marketed to only the cost oriented buyer so repeat business at normal price will be hard, that upsell needs to be very attractive. You just proved the worth of the product /service is not the retail price so an uphill fight trying to get the regular price.

This will serve as a personal introduction so the prospect feels more at ease hiring you.  Select a handful of areas you know a lot about. You mention marketing, define that statement. If you do social media marketing make a YouTube video telling how you use social media to assist specific niche clients. Pick a dozen or so niche business areas in need of marketing help, maybe for plumbers, pest control, roofers, computer repair, child care etc. Do a series of these to prove you are really good in that niche. Do you know Google marketing and about analytics  reports used. (ad words, organic search etc). No one wants to take hours to learn the use of analytics but it is very much a part of marketing. Again do the question and answer page, video content as a show and tell, then market to that specific area of web site owners wanting monthly analysis of their Google analytics reports. Same for Facebook analytics, LinkedIn etc.  I think you will gain clients faster by being very specific with services you offer vs trying to be generic. Next join a few services that list assistants such as Upworks, Legiit is a new one for SEO stuff. Fill out all the info and take any test they have. Get a friend or two to purchase your service to get a couple reviews going. Don't worry about the super cheap off shore offers you will see. Many want USA based assistants for many reasons. Correct English is a big factor, time zone issues and easier communication my phone, text etc.
