When EIDL loans are granted and given to you, then you may use the proceeds for anything that you want to use the funds for. If you owe back taxes please check with a tax professional as there are many ways to write to the IRS to have the debt forgiven or reduced. So the real answer to the question is you SHOULD NOT use EIDL funds for back taxes use the money for the intended purpose to grow your business bigger. (more)
