One of the other things you can do in most markets is to license photos from your realtor's photographer. I do this with stagers who work for my agents. I try to make this really affordable as well, because I know that their work helps mine stand out. (Usually about $20 per image, sometimes less)

Some of my stagers will suggest shots that I would not have taken if not for their advise.
