About Us

We’re a results-driven marketing and sales agency rooted in hands-on experience. Our origin story dates back to the early 2000s, when our founding team ran a mortgage brokerage during a time when real estate was booming — yet ethical practices were often overlooked. Out of necessity, we mastered direct mail, copywriting, and digital campaigns to ensure our brokerage not only survived but thrived in a competitive market. Through that journey, we developed a deep appreciation for ethical strategies, consistent innovation, and genuine client care.

Today, we channel that “learn-by-doing” resilience into providing AI-powered marketing and sales solutions for businesses of all sizes. Our focus is on delivering ROI-focused strategies that help organizations scale quickly, cut overhead, and stay on the cutting edge of technology. We continually invest in emerging platforms, analytics, and AI tools to separate the hype from what truly drives revenue — so our clients see real results, not just flashy metrics.

Beyond client engagements, our leadership team contributes to advisory boards at reputable organizations (including the National Small Business Association) and collaborates with universities to shape marketing curricula. By sharing insights with both industry peers and the next wave of marketers, we’re able to remain on the forefront of ethical innovation in AI.

Key Highlights

1. Mortgage Roots & Marketing Mastery: Our founding story exemplifies firsthand experience designing high-performing campaigns in a fiercely competitive environment.
2. AI Innovation: We’ve developed AI-driven marketing programs — like our AI Sales Agent—that streamline lead generation, sales enablement, and audience engagement.
3. Board Advisory & Education: Members of our leadership actively engage with professional boards and university programs, ensuring our methods remain relevant and forward-thinking.
4. Thought Leadership: We frequently appear on podcasts, webinars, and industry panels to demystify AI technology, share evolving trends, and advocate ethical practices.

What Drives Us

Our mission is to empower businesses to use AI in ways that respect human creativity, build trust with customers, and fuel sustainable growth. If you’re ready to evolve your marketing and sales strategy with proven, data-driven innovation, we’d love to explore how we can help.

How We Got Started

We started in October 2010 with a modest budget, a one-woman operation, and an unwavering passion for helping businesses thrive. Fueled by curiosity, determination, and sweat equity, we grew from a niche content-development provider into a comprehensive marketing agency—refining our approach with every new challenge and success.

As AI began reshaping the marketing landscape, we seized its potential to drive both sales and marketing outcomes. By combining data-driven insights, strategic creativity, and cutting-edge technology, we’ve empowered clients to achieve new levels of efficiency and growth. Today, our services span everything from website development and social media management to advanced lead generation and AI-fueled campaigns.

Despite our expansion into a dedicated team of specialists, our mission has never wavered: empower businesses to stand out, compete, and thrive through forward-thinking, results-focused strategies.

New businesses unfortunately fail at a stunning rate since few people spend time working on their mindset. Meditate, affirm and visualize your way to online business success. The thoughts you choose will create the business success you crave. BONUS TIP: you are the company you keep.  So surround yourself with positive people who are going to lift you up on the days you feel like quitting, and are going to be supportive in your new endeavor, as opposed to the "negative Nellie's" who are going to tell you that you're going to fail because we are in the midst of a pandemic, your idea isn't good enough, etc.

Don't just mass blanket an area or a niche with connection requests to inflate your connection numbers.  You'll build an insanely untargeted audience, and waste a lot of time trying to find genuine prospects in the mess.  Yes, having a large network can put you in front of a lot of people, but ask yourself this: are they the RIGHT types of people?  Connect with intent and purpose instead.  Be targeted in your approach.  Slow and steady always wins the race. Don't start off conversations with new people by talking about yourself - or worse, shoving your products and/or services down someone's throat.  I get bombarded with messages on a daily basis from people who apparently think this is a good idea.  It's not.  It's the fastest way for me to immediate un-connect with you.  Ask thoughtful questions about someone's business instead.  Invest a little time in getting to know them so that when the time comes, you can have a meaningful discussion about their business, your services, and how you may be able to work together.  It's no different than dating: you don't marry someone on your first date.   Do NOT assume that just because someone has connected with you, they want to be added to your mailing lists.  They don't.  People are bombarded with emails on a daily basis.  Why on god's green earth do you think that someone who hasn't opted into your mailing list wants to unknowingly be added to it?  Be respectful towards others... and their inboxes. At the end of the day, networking is about one thing: people.  And people want to be treated with courtesy, professionalism and respect.  If you want to be great at networking, give more than you receive, and practice the art of being a good listener.  These tips alone will take you far!

I will then check with people in my own personal network, and if I don't know someone personally with expertise in the subject matter I need advice about, I will ask for referrals.  If that comes up empty, I'll head back to Google and try to identify industry experts.  Once I've done so, I immediately head over to LinkedIn to see if someone in my network is connected with them.  If so, I'll reach about to see if they are comfortable doing an introduction.  If not, then I'll try to "cold outreach" approach. Since I've done research on my own, and have a bunch of questions already put together, these conversations end up being a lot more meaningful than if I were to just go into things blind.   In certain instances, I will also talk to other business owners that I know through various business masterminds I'm a part of.  Since these people are typically in the same industry I am, what I've found is that some will have dealt with similar issues... and can be a wealth of information. Hope this helps!

A lot is going to depend on your target audience.  LinkedIn is typically best for B2B.  Facebook is typically good for B2C.  There's really no one-size-fits-all scenario, however.  I get a decent amount of quality traffic from Twitter, and I'm focused on B2B due to the nature of my business. ... The best thing to do is spend some time researching where your target audience "hangs out."  And then be present where they are.
