FICA.   Possible vehicle issues.   Tools.  Supplies.   Company policy hand-book.   Tax forms.  Payroll.         OR...        Fill this out and I'll 1099 you at the end of the year.  Oh, and - by the way - if this doesn't work out I won't be using your services again.  OK?     As a property manager, we need "independent contractors" for making a rental "rent ready", cutting grass, shoveling snow.  "Set it and forget it"...   We train each other for how we do things and let it go.  Works for me!
