My son and I started our painting company 2+ years ago and we are doing so well.  Are biggest feed back from our customers is that we are the only one's that have called them back or even answer our phone.  They've may it very easy for us to do so well.  We just do everything everyone is not doing.  Answer our phone, call back clients, follow up, send emails...they just must not want to have a growing successful business!  Which is crazy if you ask me!
