How do you get the prospective client to see that you're better than the competition?

I am a funeral director, not a salesman. Serving families when they have lost a family member of valued friend is my business - not trying to upsale them. This profession is all about serving the needs of each family individually, not how much money you can get them to spend. That kind of thing serves no one well.
Most importantly, I believe in being myself, not some spiffed up, deceitful ghoul.
