No, I have not used scripts in along time. Each person is different and I found it sounding like a recording. To communicate effectively, one must analyze their clients to whatever their needs may be. Perception is the key! Ask the key questions as to their motivation to sell, buy or lease. Get to know your clients on a more personal level and you will find out they will respect you more.
