There are a million tactics you can use to get your product in front of more people. The most important part of any marketing campaign is knowing, and being able to get your prospect’s attention and show them their problem you are going to solve.  “Health and wellness improvement” is vague and no one is jumping off their couch to improve their health.  Otherwise, they would go for a walk, go to the gym, etc.

I would recommend looking at some of the WOW stories you have and see what changed for the users.  The real reason for their Wows can be a great basis for more engagement with others

I ck'd out your website and you indeed have a unique product. You're definitely in the right location. As well as correctly defined under "HEALTH and WELLNESS".

Obviously, by your own wording, you need to drive people to your website. That's one way to improve your business.

Another way is Educating your "live" audience, not just through social media. That's great for those that use social media. Yet, because you are so much more than a massage, than a spa treatment, than anything most typically experience, it's a great opportunity to reach outside.

For example, sharing what you do with Assisted Living Facilities: Where people are recovering from Hip Replacements, foot surgeries, etc. During their rehab, this would feel great! They in turn, return as repeat customers...and you have a new set of customers coming in consistently.

We don't know...what we don't know. EDUCATE so we/they know.

It my opinion Marketing has no right or wrong; you could have the right marketing tool but targeting an unwanted market segment and vice versa and without clear metrics it is difficult to know if and when it works.

Press releases would work great

No sure, everybody is on the health and wellness band wagon.  Perhaps, take a differentiating piece and run with it.

My question to you is, are you running the ads on Facebook and Instagram personally? If so, what's your experience running ads there? It's easy to throw money at stuff but money doesn't work, strategy is the only thing that works.

Also, Yelp may or may not help you and there's not a lot you can do to make it work if it's not. Try it, if it doesn't work, don't keep sinking money into it. Facebook and Instagram are different though, if it doesn't work there's likely a reason it's not working and there's a good chance it could be made to work.

My recommended place to start? Take a look at your local SEO (search engine optimization) to see what you could do to get seen more.

Two words. Public Relations. You need to build credibility and awareness. The best way to do this is to get free media coverage.

Do keep up with you social media marketing. However, make sure at least 85 percent of your post contain helpful wellness advice for your fans. Overselling on social media will do more harm for your business than help.

It sounds to me that the biggest action step is educating the public. I would hire a writer to spread the word. Contribute to as many Health and Wellness blogs and publications as you can. Make sure every time you contribute an article it includes the website or "Learn more about Vinchy at GoVinchy.com" You should still do everything you can to increase your inbound traffic, whether it is through social media, paid ads, or SEO, but if public awareness if the obstacle you need to start informing and educating.

Last but not least, consider video. Video is at the top of the sales funnel and is a very easy way to educate consumers. If you consider the number of search results you get for "Vichy" on Google vs the number of search results on YouTube for "Vichy", I would bet your chances are better on YouTube. Definitely worth considering.

Hello Donia! I have taken a look to your website and I suggest using copy that highlights how the Vichy experience and results are different from other spas. Like Adam Knipes mentioned, talk to your current customers to better understand what is it that they like about your services over other spas, and what is it that makes them come back to you, and use their words as a guideline to develop the copy for your website and all other marketing efforts.

Also, since Vichy's offer is different from what other similar businesses offer, I suggest inviting top bloggers and editors from relevant media to experience your spa in exchange for coverage. This can be handle as an exclusive to select media.
