Do you ever have potential customers who call frequently with various questions and "How to" taking up quite a bit of your time without ever making a purchase? How do you handle it?

Connie, yes we do, I answer their questions no matter how long it takes. They tell others how knowledable we are as a cleaning company. Helping others ALWAYS pays off.

Yes.  Once people trust your judgement in your specific field and you as a person, they figure you have good contacts for other phases of there construction issues..

Personally, I feel that I am doing someone a service.  I give them the information that they need at the time.  I will "ask for the order," and when they do not move forward, I figure it is not their time to do so.  Then followup and follow through is necessary to keep that client and bring anything to fruition.

Always try to be patient and provide quick answers. Most times even if they don't buy, they will pass my name along!

If it is a potential customer there is no time limit. Relationships....Relationships and Relationships.

Building quality clients takes time. Invest the time that your client needs and it will come back to you in the way of purchases and referrals. Often it takes a lot of time, but it is worth it in the end.

I would ask them if they watched the opportunity video, if not I would send them the link to your biz opp video and ask them to watch as it will provide all the answers they will need to make a proper decision

I will give an hour or so of my time, usually then, I can tell who is serious or not

In the accounting and tax profession, it is a normal thing to have a potential client make the first contact with a question.  I will give them about 15 minutes in answering the particular question.  At that point if they are not completely satisfied with the answer or I feel it will take much longer, I arrange a physical meeting in my office, where they will then be on the clock.
