Best practices. Listen and pay attention to whom you are speaking to, make them the center of attention and respond with honesty. Create a sense of urgency behind their objection and return back to the point of interruption so you can be confident they are understanding what your explaining. Make it a benefit to them as much as it would be to you.
Volunteer to take courses, for example How to Deal with difficult patients? On the 31st there is a local one in Yuba City. That is very helful, I have taken others. No matter how much business change in the country you can still use your skills, have a heart and treat the most needy and sometimes not so kind patient in a professional manner. Pray continuously, God, your Will be done!
It is my experience whenever I received exceptional customer service to always make a point of telling the representative how exceptional their service was to me and to let them know how much I truly value them and appreciate their kindness, patience and professionalism and most of all showing compassion and understanding. Simply put yourself in someone else's place and ask how you would like to be treated. I believe in making everyone's experience special and exceptional so they will always remember it and talk about it.
Be courteous. Be empathetic. Analyze the customer's problem and find the best solution to it. If they have an attitude, turn it around with better service than they expected. It works. Spend time with them and do your best. 9 times out of 10, they'll appreciate it. As for the 10th, their attitude isn't your fault.
We are always striving to make renting equipment from our store a pleasant experience. We spend a lot of money on a great, positive and helpful staff. Continually buying and replacing equipment so that it is in great condition for every rental. And when someone has a suggestion for what they think would make renting from us better, we always take that into consideration.
Blue Kiss Media is a creative company and we deliver exceptional service by listening to what our clients want, understanding their needs and then explaining how we can achieve their goals on film or audio. Strong personalities often play a major role in creating media content and we understand that and can make their visions and ideas come to life.
It all begins with your desire to have a business which intentionally sets out to WOW it’s customers. By making sure you give them a SEVEN star experience. Go above and beyond their expectations and ASK what else can I/we do to make this the most unforgettable experience...one that you’ll want to tell everyone about. Make sure you listen, implement their feedback and only hire great like minded individuals who also live to WOW your customer. Build a culture of above and beyond and there will be a line to your business that will never shrink!!! That’s how I’ve built my real estate business over 30 years. My homebuyers and homesellers are the friends, relatives and yes, even the kids of my original clients!!! They seek me out because I put their needs, wants a desires FIRST
Under promise, over deliver, be sure client understands what work costs and why it adds value, return calls and respond within 24 hours or have a paralegal with knowledge of the client's case do so. Always involve the client in the problem solving you must do for them. They can give you the facts and sometimes the spark of creativity to over come the challenges. Take your time to be methodical and be sure they understand you want to get it right and not just for their reasons. Never lose sight that their case is the last thing they think about at night and the first thing they think about in the morning.
Unfortunately I am not able to hire anybody to help with customer service. I am more like a non profit having never making any money these past 11 years with my talk show audio and video programs with/for our troops, veterans, first responders, families and non profits across the country. I think the most important part about customer service is really caring about them and giving them straight up honest answers. Bob Calvert www.talkingwithheroes.com
We have a focus on customer service here at HVIA. All customer requests have to be answered on the day of the request. We are very responsive. Customers come in just to chat with the operations staff. More of a social than a professional visit.
I feel that I have almost a sacred duty to respond quickly and fully to customer requests. I wish I could receive the same kind of service from some of the places that I do business with.
