Try Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. It'll set you up for how to change your own thinking and then how to accomplish your goals - IF you're willing to set them and do the work.

I loved this book because it allowed me a path to shape how I communicated with my customers - how to understand how to alter my message based my audience. I think it is timeless...
"Promptings" by Kody Bateman puts and entirely new spin on marketing, actually the spin is old and forgotten.....
Sales and Marketing is about human behavior. Take a slight detour and read books from the behavioral economics genre. My favorite is Predictably Irrational by Dan Ariely.
