AVIMark through Henry Schein. Actually a DVM management solution. But should work well has reminders inventory and vaccine info. Could work well in your application. Reasonably priced and easy to learn.
Cornerstone or Intravet would take care of all of those needs and then some. A local facility that does the same type of thing you do, uses intravet and it seems to work well for them. Cornerstone may be a bit much for what you need.
We currently use Vetter Software. It's a very simplified practice software that's great for a new business or new start with a computer program. Its priced to grow as you grow, so it can work with a budget. It's also cloud based, so can be online anywhere.
Veterinary practice software is not what you need, but that is what any veterinarian is going to be using. I looked at boarding software because not all vet software does a great job at boarding.
