I am able to get about 12% of my new clients from Google Searches. I change my adds on Google every day. That is a must! If you do not get a new client's attention on there first look then it is time to change your adds. They do not come back.
Since we are not a Property Management or Facilities Manager service, I hope that no one makes the mistake of thinking that a Land Surveyor does any such thing.... Too bad we're listed incorrectly by Alignable.....
Very interesting replies. I do not pay for Google advertising. I have my business profile set up and 90+ of the searches to my website are Google followed by Bing. I do get word of mouth referrals. My listings are also on Zillow but that is tenants. Customers for me are the property owners.
Google drives a lot of sales for us. We believe most of that traffic is driven by our other marketing efforts. But it is still a nice source of some new customers. I think you're probably trying to access whether it is worthwhile to focus attention to get clients through this source. For your industry, I don't know... but it is pretty easy to do the SEO basics and see if you generate anything. I can see your doing some things right and some not at best practices.
65%, because the search is narrow. The market is narrow. At Advantage Education Group, many agents and professionals have procrastinated on continuing ed hours, and are searching for a new, interesting delivery format. Financial literacy and professional development are nearly 95% from prospecting & referral, and very few people search for these.
