I'm sorry, we only do carpet cleaning, not general cleaning.

Hi Marina,
My carpet cleaning company, ORCA Group NW, is located in Mukilteo north of Seattle. In general terms my commercial carpet cleaning is done using the encapsulation method at a price between $0.07 and $0.15 SF. This method provides amazing results and your carpets are dry in less than 60 minutes. I am also able to recommend a full service janitorial company to you. Please contact me personally at your convenience.

I am a carpet cleaner! I will clean the carpets in your facility for .20 Psf or $1,000. This includes pre-treatment of spots & stains & deep cleaning. Recommend that it is professionally cleaned at least once a year. Some clients have theirs done twice a year. Feel free to call me (562) 716-5471. I am located in City Of Riverside and I have almost 190 great reviews see them here: www.Rainbowcarpetcare.ne
So if it's 425 monthly for once a week cleanings, it makes sense (about 106 per visit), but if they are coming three times a week, it's $35 per time! Not worth it. Even $522 is too little. I gave them an estimate of $280 weekly and we will see how it goes. I have a feeling residential cleaning brings a lot more profit
Thanks everyone
Usually $25 to $30 an hour for amount of work you have indicated. Consider supplies and taxes I would have to pay out pocket to worker's.
You must/have to charge w/in the going rate in your area, besides & including the "value added" work as well. Make sure you have or can get blueprints of the area or make sure your measurements are exact for pricing.
$1,250 per month
