What Would You Charge for Commercial Cleaning Services?
I haven't done commercial cleaning and I am at a loss. What would you charge for the the cleaning of an office building 5 000 sq ft 3 times a week, 16 stalls toilets, 6 sinks, dusting, vacuuming, dust window blinds, window sills, dust and vacuum 20-30 cubicles, lunch room? I will provide equipment

I would charge at least $ 2500 per month
I may not be much help either as I charge by the hour then a job price. My hourly price is 40/hr per team member. My rate for the week would be 600 for the week.

It's not typical for Merry Maids to service commercial areas. Sorry I am not more help.
For carpet cleaning I would charge $0.30 square foot. We do not do the other things.
I did a3,000 sqft office once a week, and charged them $50. In my area, it is typically$20 per hour.
We only do residential
