If your in the snow shoveling business or hire someone to do this for you, how do you pay? By the inch, the hour?

I don't do snow removal myself, but I have been driving a plow truck for a company in Denver for the past 5 years. They charge an hourly rate for plowing I think around 100 per hour and I would charge an hourly rate for shoveling as well. Whatever you need to charge to pay your help and make money for yourself.
