Monique, I am a mortgage lender who specializes in challenged credit. My best advice is too look for other mortgage lenders in your area. Building the relationship with the lender is easy, keeping it is hard. For myself, I want a plug and play system with my credit repair specialist. I serve them up, it's up to them to get the client to invest in themselves.
The other thing you can and should do is go to networking events if you aren't already. I have met many new partners at Network after work. It is once a month and very valuable.
Monique - this is easy. Get a list of business lenders/brokers. They meet with business owners all day who have two things that you need: They have a business, with the means to afford your services. And many, if not most, entrepreneurs have less than perfect credit. And if they are applying for a business loan, they are seeing how negatively their poor credit is affecting them. I refer 50-75% of my clients out to credit repair. If I were you, I would consider business lenders/brokers my #1 referral partners.
Create an affinity relationship with mortgage loan officers and Realtors let them know how you can help them with more closings and commissions in the future Good luck! Ron
If a prospect or potential client does not feel that they are in need of credit repair, it does not matter what you recommend, even if they accept, it will not be permanent. I ask the question, "What issue(s) are keeping you from reaching your financial goals?" If they acknowledge credit or regardless, what they say, respond "I can help you with that". Once they are a client, then highlight that during your intake process.

i would put up an optimized lead capture page and drive traffic to it
Mrs. Hyde how are you? Umm I don’t know the answer to that question, outside of when a client of mine inquires. Is credit repair what you do?

Partner up with lenders who aren’t working with Credit Repair specialists.
Build your contact with Mortgage Brokers. They are always looking for people in need of repairing their credit to buy a home/refinance.
