How important is customer service to you?

At HK Parts we work very hard to make sure out customers are happy, and in turn see more reoccurring customers. Online sales is tough to begin with and we have noticed a trend of poor customer service this year. How important is customer service to you?

Customer service is crucial. Especially with the ease of posting bad reviews. People look at reviews critically before patronizing businesses or making purchases online.

You need to actively separate your existing corporate structure from Adam Webber's taint.

Good customer service is a must. Customers will continue to come back for things/service because they like the way they were treated. Customer service is as important to us as quality of products or service. Without our customers we would not be in business!

There are lots of competitors who don't give it and they lose. I just dropped off my laptop to my computer guy for some work, he is a 45 minute drive away from me and there are probably 100+ places I could go to between my home and his storefront but I go to him due to his knowledge, honesty and service. I've been going to him for 12 years.

Yes, great customer service is king in my book.
