At HK Parts we work very hard to make sure out customers are happy, and in turn see more reoccurring customers. Online sales is tough to begin with and we have noticed a trend of poor customer service this year. How important is customer service to you?

It is what separates you from the masses, anybody can give you average service, stellar service is what makes you a success, it is hard and difficult at first, then it becomes the norm in your company, never settle for less.
Easy answer, good customer service both increases repeat business, as well as spreads your top notch work reputation, and grows your business with new customers as a result.
