How important is customer service to you?

At HK Parts we work very hard to make sure out customers are happy, and in turn see more reoccurring customers. Online sales is tough to begin with and we have noticed a trend of poor customer service this year. How important is customer service to you?

Very important.There is "no" business without customers.If you ever had a great buying experience,that how you want your customers feel after they purchase your product.

Customer service is at the same level as product quality....I do not care how good a product is---if I am treated poorly, I will shop elsewhere.
