First and foremost is understanding who truly is your prospect. Certainly music therapy has it's proven place and offers tremendous benefits but where is the low hanging fruit. This group is essential to capture before advancing to secondary or tertiary prospects. School counselors and private therapists could be a good starting point as they are already involved with your prospects. It may also be fruitful to peruse the non-profits and investigate which offer therapy.
Starting is very exciting - it also poses it challenges - anticipation can help mitigate problems down the line.
GoodMorning!I didn't see your background and expertise. Are you a Music Instructor, Psychologist, Counselor or other? I usually don't prescribe before I diagnose -no pun intended - but direct mail may be helpful. Are you trying to reach children or adults? All?
