What Topics Would Realtors Like to See at a Lunch and Learn?
We love to treat our Realtors to a yummy lunch. As the Realtors are enjoying lunch we give power point presentations. We have a whole bunch of topics! We would like to hear from Realtors what you would like us to make a power point on?

I would like to know more about the psychology of selling and buying.
What is your background? Are you offering Ed to Realtors?
Realtors are interested in all types of topics from the latest mobile apps to legal and market updates. We like things that will grow our business or make it easier. Giving good content is great. Getting a local mayor or the city development people to talk about what is happening in the area is also good.
technology - apps being used by Realtors/Brokers and beginning & ending results.
I came into the the real estate business 4 years ago with 20 years of experience as a home builder and dealing with real estate "professionals". I think topics would depend on how experienced these real estate agents are. It would be best to gear topics which would appeal to new agents. There is always an uptick of people getting into real estate when we experience boom times like we have the past 3 years. Honesty, morals, values and ethics would be a great start. I've never had a high opinion of the real estate industry and still don't. That is based on my interactions with people in real estate when I was a builder for 20 years. There are a few brokers I do have a great deal of respect for. I attended a "Realtor" event two years ago where I live. Not sure how I was invited. I don't have the secret handshake or password. The NAR president's opening like was: "We polled all of our clients last year. 78% said they would not work with the same agent again if given a choice. We have to do better than that!" I rest my case.
