Do you give clients gifts at Christmas?

Not any longer. The last year we did, several were returned with notes that it was against the company policy to receive gifts. The other clients we sent gifts to, never acknowledged or thanked us. Waste of money and time for us. 

My customers bring me gifts.

Sometimes I run December specials for great customers, but I haven't given gifts unless they client is also a friend. 

Yes I give our small shoppes our Annie’s Pure and Simple candy cane Christmas edition as samples to give to their customers.

If u really know ur clients , yes why not , if u want to build relationship be connected with them , give something not only Christmas but birthdays, wedding anniversary and any occasion happens in the family . Giving is one way of building relationships to ur clients , they will always refer ur services to their friends and relatives, word of mouth is the best way of advertising ur business 

I don't buy clients gifts at Christmas, but I do give them a gift for using my services and I send them a card for their first wedding anniversary. I also keep in touch with them through Facebook.
