Realtors, what type of closing gifts do you normally do?

I am a Realtor with Veterans Realty,I give my buyers $1,000 towards Closings

We offer if you fine a vacant house and for sale by owner that needs work,updating,rehab and it fits and when we close we give you $500 to.And I would recommend you to everybody to.

Can you gift baskets be delivered quarterly?  I would love this for House Anniversary Gift for every year on their home purchase - related to house???

A favorite of mine are the Carruth sculptures. He has a small birds nest with the word “Home” & a house blessing cross with an angel. Those are my favorites and I make a donation to CMN. Cricket 

After getting to know my client's through the process of either buying or selling. I pay attention to there likes and dislikes. Then I know what they need. I find that if you listen to your clients they will help you with your gift decision for them. Love giving gifts!!!

Gifts are nice but the client remembers the service, not the gift.  I give a 5% donation of my received commission to 1 0f 4 charities in the clients' name, a gift to them for their community.

We've always given 5% of our fee to a local nonprofit. Lease, renewal, or sale, doesn't matter. Then I will take our client out to coffee, lunch, or drinks after they've moved in and settled, to celebrate. This works well and we get lots of referrals.
