Hi, my name is Nicole Hillman and I grew up in the Lake Norman area (Davidson) when I was a child (circa 1980's) and it was quite sparse at that time. Then I moved to Raleigh, NC during my teen and young adult (1990's-2000's) years and got an itch to come back to the Lake Norman area because I love it so much! I currently reside in Denver, NC  and can't believe how much this area has grown! Just since I've moved back in 2016 there is so much new construction and exciting new shopping centers - we even have a PUBLIX now LOL! I love dogs and have a passion for sports, outdoors, swimming, hiking, Just Dance XBOX Game and of course, helping my clients with the buying, renting or selling of real estate.  I had my real estate license in Raleigh, NC in 2006-2009 as well as my elder sister, Renee Hillman (also an agent at eXp) along with my dad at a small firm so our family loves real estate! It's in our blood! I then started a new business venture but I decided to go back into real estate in late 2021. I just had to! All of the exciting existing/new developments, improvements and the local population just keeps rising steadily around me! It made me think to myself "I have to get back into the world in which I love, real estate, helping people find their dream homes or sell their existing homes". I can't wait to help guide my clients through the process of buying, renting or selling a home to make sure the closing happens easily and smoothly!

Actually I don’t believe there are too many business in this neighborhood that offer all the services of  design, strategy, execution, illustration and calligraphy. I’m both a creative director and an artist, which means I get the business side of what clients need which utilizes one side of my brain, while I am an artist, illustrator and inventor, which uses the  other side of my brain.
Maybe that’s why I get headaches!!!
